Harlex Standard Poodles & Great Danes is a small, carefully planned breeding program located in Manitoba , Canada.
Our mission is: Preserving beauty, brains and health. Our goal is to produce well rounded healthy pets, naturally competitive lines, groomer companions and working dogs.

Our puppies are produced from Canadian and American grand champion bloodlines, that share titles such as number 1 dogs in Australia and USA.

Our breeding dogs have earned conformation championships grand championship and working on obedience titles. They have correct structure that supports sound movement, athletic ability, joint health, and long term comfort. Sound and trainable minds.

Extensive Health Testing
Every breeding dog in our program undergoes extensive health testing through the Orthopedic
Foundation for Animals (OFA). Testing includes hips, elbows, eyes (examined by a board a certified ophthalmologist), advanced cardiac testing, Lar par, color testing, thyroid, sebaceous Adentis (SA) and genetic DNA panels.
Our dogs meet or exceed the requirements of the CHIC (Canine Health Information Center) program, meaning all health testing results are publicly available.

Raised in Our Home environment.
Our puppies are raised inside our home environment rather than in a kennel. From birth they experience normal household activity and all day family interaction.

Our puppies are raised using the Puppy Culture early development program which focuses on early neurological development, early socialization, confidence building, and emotional resilience.

Early Grooming Training
Starting at 4 weeks each puppy receives weekly bath and blow dry, nail dremeling, face/feet/sanitary area , and brushing and combing so grooming becomes a normal and positive experience.

At 6 weeks Before leaving for their new homes puppies begin crate training, short car rides, and individual handling to help ease the transition to a new family.

Current Litter Update

Litters are carefully planned years in advance and occasionally available, priced at $3500.
