We have an amazing little female Decker Terrier that we want to breed, because she is just such a super-awesome all-around dog and we feel that the world needs more of her!

She grew up sharing a basket beside the woodstove with a bottle piglet, while also being trained by our pack of Kuvasz livestock guardian dogs! This tiny little girl (17", roughly 25#) has confidence and prowess galore while also being extremely responsive to her "owner's" commands! Great with the livestock, she is also an excellent nursemaid to any babies that need to come in the house for whatever reason, and WILL protect her babies from the giants who dare to investigate 🤣

She is a handy little doggy: she can flush out chickens that go underneath their coop, herd escaped piggies back to where they belong, hunt for some of her own food, and sleeps under the covers down by our feet so they don't freeze during winter :)

We are NOT little dog people, but Stella is a big dog in compact form and we love her to bits 🥰

The Decker terrier's primary foundation breed is the rat terrier. Milton Decker incorporated several other breeds to create his ideal hunting dog. One of the breeds he used was the Basenji, the "barkless dog", and indeed Stella very rarely barks, but has all kinds of interesting vocalizations to communicate her wants and needs! If we cannot find a male Decker to pair her with, we would like to mate her to one of the breeds from which she was created, as long as the traits I listed above are strong in your sire :)
