Hello, this big, beautiful, black beauty is Bruno. Although he looks like a horse, he's actually a Great Pyrenees, Australian Shepherd, Retriever cross. And he just celebrated his first birthday in April!

Due to rehousing issues for his hooman, Bruno is now being fostered in southwestern Saskatchewan where he is socializing nicely. Bruno is good with other dogs and likes to play, as puppies do. He currently hangs out with a very pleasant pittie cross and a dachshund. He's used to some cats so far and leaves them alone. But he might chase a cat if they run because he's just learning about them. He's also good at learning and is very smart, with a nice personality and loving nature. Bruno was introduced to water recently and he LOVES it! He currently enjoys his kiddie pool in the backyard, and with his long fur, in summer he'll love it more!

We would love to see him in a home with a large yard or a working ranch/farm. He loves being social so he would be best suited to a place with lots of pets and people. When he gets rambunctious inside we take all the dogs for a big run or let him play in the yard. Afterwards Bruno will either curl up on someone and fall asleep or with the family pack when we're back home. Bruno is already proving to be a fantastic puppy (and so handsome!) With a little more training and some time Bruno will make an excellent dog and furry friend to any good home!
