Moose and Maggie (the parents) live with us in our home and spend their days by our side at the winery on our farm. Our staff always know where I am — they just look for the dogs.

Both Moose and Maggie were imported from The Netherlands, selected specifically for their excellent health and breed characteristics, including clear hips and elbows and, importantly, absence of the Degenerative Myelopathy (DM) gene marker. (No “kinky tail” DM-associated issues).
This is Maggie’s first litter, and the puppies have been raised in our home environment, surrounded by everyday household and farm noises to give them the very best start in life.
From day 3 to day 16, the puppies received daily Early Neurological Stimulation.
Along with ENS exercises, they were weighed daily, weekly nail clipping, and extensive gentle handling. This helps them become confident, adaptable, and comfortable with grooming and human interaction as they grow into adulthood.
They have been carefully socialized with daily visitors and children. They have both an inside nighttime pen as well as a daytime outside pen to get used to multiple surfaces and learn to pee in the grass and have crates to sleep in if they choose.
They are exposed to daily new experiences such as cardboard box day, sewer pipe day, and 'other' dog day.
Before leaving for their new homes, the puppies will be:
• Vaccinated and dewormed according to schedule
• Vet checked and Microchipped
• The puppies have had a cheek swab for the DNA & Health profile - result pending
• The litter is CKC registered, and new owners will have the option to register their puppy with the CKC if desired. Each puppy will come with a purchase contract.
• The puppies have also been checked for Dermoid Sinus (DS)
Puppies will be ready to leave at 9–10 weeks of age, around mid-February.
