We are offering a very rare specialty cross-breed litter from two remarkable giant-breed working dogs:

Mother: Caucasian Shepherd
Father: Leonberger

Both parent breeds are known worldwide for their intelligence, strength, loyalty, and purpose-driven temperaments.

About the Parents
* Caucasian Shepherd (Dam):
Historically bred to guard livestock in the high mountain pastures of Siberia against predators such as wolves, bears, and cougars. This breed is highly intelligent, independent, naturally protective, and deeply loyal to its household. Adult females typically weigh 140–170 lbs

* Leonberger (Sire):
Originally bred in Germany and later preserved in Canada, where the breed is still used in water rescue work. Leonbergers are known for their calm, gentle, affectionate nature and excellent compatibility with children and other animals when properly socialized. Adult males typically weigh 170–220 lbs.

About the Puppies
These puppies are expected to develop a balanced blend of their mother’s protective instincts and their father’s gentle, steady temperament. They are anticipated to grow into very large, highly intelligent dogs, likely 10–20 lbs larger than their parents once fully mature.

As a mixed breed, they are expected to benefit from improved overall health and longevity compared to their purebred parents.

⚠️ Important:
These puppies will require experienced owners, consistent training, and proper structure to reach their full potential. They are not suitable for first-time dog owners or unprepared homes.

* 🐾 Litter size: 7 puppies (1 female, 6 males)

* 💪 All puppies are healthy, active, and alert

Due to complications during labor, we unfortunately lost the mother. All puppies were successfully saved and are now being hand-raised and bottle-fed with exceptional care.

They are being raised in a loving home environment with other dogs, cats, and small children, receiving early exposure and socialization in our small Northern Ontario town of Thessalon.

Serious inquiries only. Our priority is finding knowledgeable, committed homes that understand the responsibility of owning a giant-breed working dog. Due to the size, intelligence, and protective nature of this breed mix, we are selective about placement and prioritize prepared, long-term homes.

Puppies are reserved in the order reservation fees are received and selection will be done based on availability of puppies at that time.

Important Giant-Breed Growth Note:
These puppies are expected to mature into extremely large dogs. Proper nutrition is critical to support healthy bone and joint development. Overfeeding, excess protein, or rapid growth diets can cause long-term orthopedic issues.
Buyers must be prepared to follow a giant-breed–appropriate feeding plan and work with a veterinarian experienced in large working breeds.
